About Youth Out-of-Home Care at Woka Walanga
At Woka Walanga, we believe every young person deserves to live in a safe, culturally respectful home where they can heal, learn, and grow. Our Youth Out-of-Home Care (OOHC) program provides nurturing, culturally safe care environments for children and young people who are temporarily unable to remain in their own homes.

Our approach is always person-centred and culturally informed, adhering to informed safety standards to ensure the highest quality care. We actively prioritise maintaining strong connections to family, culture, community, and identity, supporting young people to build resilience and pathways to a stable, empowered future.
